Stacy Ho, PhD

ARTI is led by Dr. Stacy Ho, an industry-recognized expert in bioanalysis and DMPK with 30 years of experience across discovery, preclinical development, and clinical support for Phases 1–4, including more than 20 years leading people and teams.

Most recently, Dr. Ho led translational DMPK/PD at Roche in Shanghai, integrating DMPK, PK/PD, bioanalysis, and biotransformation data and building machine-learning models for PK prediction with Roche's AI team. Before that, she headed DMPK and Bioanalysis at Sanofi/Genzyme in Boston, built a bioanalytical laboratory from the ground up at WIL Research, and contributed to successful IND, NDA, and ANDA filings worldwide.

Discovery

Led translational DMPK and PK/PD efforts integrating modeling, machine learning, automation, and tissue-based measurements; managed about 1,000 discovery studies a year, discovery and definitive in vitro assays (PPB, RBC partitioning, blood stability), plus definitive PK, ADME, and MIST studies.

GLP

Built a bioanalytical group from zero headcount, and led bioanalysis, plasma protein binding, and metabolite identification in GLP and non-GLP settings for regulatory toxicology and clinical development.

GMP

Delivered analytical services in a cGMP environment, including impurity profiling, stability, and formulation testing.

CLIA

Performed CLIA-regulated HPLC-MS/MS analyses of U.S. population samples to assess real-world exposure to secondhand smoke.
